Dreambox 500S is a satellite tv receiver. In malaysia, normally user use to view astro full channel by connecting to third party server in order to view pay channel.

a. Connect power cable, av cable, internet network cable, astro dish cable to the box.
b. switch on tv and the decoder activities will start by starting cccam 2.1.4, and if your box already configure with server account, in few seconds, you can see channel appear on screen.
3. how to insert server account?
By using dcc software running on computer.
4. "I bought box+server but when connected all cable, no channel come out on tv. why?
Firstly, check your internet line. You may try browsing on computer using your internet or try on dm500s. Click blue button-Addon-select gemini server-select any software or gsub.exe. If you can download and install successfully the software, your internet is OK.
Secondly, you click yellow button-cccam info-servers and check the port display and card quantity. If 0 cards, means server might be down.
